BRIDON USA –Pre-Season Sale – October 2024
(the Terms and Conditions to Rebate in “Pre-Season-Sale”)
These terms and conditions apply to the above-named Pre-Season Sale, operated by Bridon USA LLC. 9165 E Tamarack Drive (Ste 1), Dubuque IA, 52003-9314, USA. (“Bridon USA”):
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The rebate in the Pre-Season Sale applies on the following products:
Bridon USA-Cash rebate on every Netwrap Roll or pallet Impex twine.
CASE IH- Cash rebate on every Roll.
NEW HOLAAND- Cash rebate on every Roll.
- No minimum products for purchase.
- No limit on quantity of purchases.
- The offer: for every order- rebate in the amount specified below according to the product and brand purchased:
- Bridon Max, Case IH Armour Net and New Holland Armour Net have a rebate of $22.00 (twenty-two US Dollar) per roll.
- Bridon Integra, Case IH Legacy Mesh Wrap and New Holland Legacy White Net have a rebate of $19.00 (nineteen US Dollar) per roll.
- Bridon Magnet, AmericaNet and Balekeeper have a rebate of $16.00 (sixteen US Dollar) per roll.
- Bridon IMPAX Twine has a rebate of $50.00 per pallet.
The rebate excludes taxes and dealer fees, for orders before March 1, 2025 and payment must receive by March 25,2025
The currency will be USD. Rebate cannot be deducted at the point of sale. Only valid on the retail purchase of products made by an individual end user from dealerships located in the USA. To receive the rebate, the selling dealer will qualify customer by providing Bridon USA with customer information as provided by the customer (copy of customer parts invoice, date of purchase, product description, quantity of rolls purchased, retail price, costumer address email address). Following the needed documentations, Bridon USA will mail a check for the rebate amount to customer. Please allow at least sixty (60) days for rebate processing/mailing. If the documentation is incomplete or other information is needed to process the rebate request, Bridon USA may contact the costumer. The check can only be sent to the address provided by the customer. No responsibility will be taken by Bridon USA if the customer did not provide accurate details and/or address for the check delivery.

Premature Termination
Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Bridon USA reserves the right to cancel or amend the Pre-Season Sale conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect on customers in order to avoid undue disappointment.
